Job Description
The Multifamily PSC works with our dealer customers, developers, and general contractors in support of winning multifamily bids and driving revenue to Organized Living through the multifamily channel.
- Drive multifamily projects through a sales process, from mining, bidding, support, and close.
- Support multifamily opportunities and associated market members within innovative new software for our industry.
- Mine lead sources, qualify and pursue opportunities to bid large projects.
- Project manage opportunities prior to hand-off to dealer for bidding and execution.
- Build relationships with owner-developers, general contractors, as well as our dealer customers.
- Manage and keep up to date CRM records.
- Work with a regional team to drive program development and strategy.
- Recognize metric goals and strive to always exceed.
- Occasional travel for trade shows or customer visits.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of inside sales experience, in particular outbound contact.
- Advanced computer skills required in Microsoft Office—excellent knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint – database applications and experience with CRM software. Also capacity to learn our Design Software.
- Strong aptitude for inside sales, customer service and relationship building
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented
- Professional communication and writing skills
- Strong multi-tasking skillset
- Must be able to thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
- Software sales and support experience a big plus

Job Description
Our Quality Associate will work collaboratively and participate in scrum ceremonies, including product design reviews and backlog requirements, while providing input on testability of requirements and acceptance criteria; as well as be responsible for driving adoption of QA best practices for quality deliverables.
Expectations
- Responsible for implementation and maintenance of automated test frameworks and scenarios
- Work with other Quality Associates and Developers to ensure that all aspects of the applications have proper testing coverage and overall system reliability, performance and quality
- Deliver effective and efficient automated testing solutions by meeting key product milestones and overall deliverables on-time while adhering to development and quality standards
- Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies
- Work with the scrum team and product owner to build release plans while documenting feature contents of releases along with tracking the status and changes to the release points
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in an agile-like environment
- Experience writing and executing manual testing for complex software applications
- Experience communicating and working within cross-departmental teams consisting of software developers, department leads, and end users
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills

Job Description
As the Organized Living Graphic Designer, you will plan, analyze, and create visual solutions using print and digital media. This person will play a key role in creating visual concepts that captivate our target markets while remaining consistent with brand representation across all touchpoints. In addition to effective conceptualization abilities, strong design skills, and technical expertise, the Graphic Designer must be highly collaborative and demonstrate strengths in print and digital design, project management, and communication. A portfolio of previous work and design will be required with resume submission.
- Manage and enforce the Organized Living brand guidelines.
- Produce print and digital pieces that align with established brand guidelines such as proposals, presentations, trade show assets, email templates, social media graphics, web graphics, video graphics, e-commerce graphics, motion graphics, collateral, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee and execute the design and improve the user interface of all Organized Living online assets.
- Continually reviewing product positioning and online marketing content to identify room for improvement.
- Provide advice and guidance on improvement for digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage relationships with domestic and international purchasing and manufacturing partners to develop packaging for newly revised products.
- Maintain digital content and assist with the execution of social media and digital advertising strategies.
- Design concepts anddevelop various creative assets to support marketing and company objectives.
- Actively collaborate with the entire marketing team, providing creative strategies and ideas for projects.
- As necessary, Communicate and coordinate with outside agencies, vendors, printers, and departments.

Requirements
- BA Degree in graphic design, digital design, or related field.
- 3+ years of design experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Technical knowledge and experience in user interface design, corporate identity management, literature development, web design and development, photography, and photo and video shoot direction and trade show booths.
- Demonstrated awareness of interior design and residential building industry trends.
- Experience with user interface/web design and development.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and multiple versions.
- Able to efficiently combine creativity, functionality, and technology to produce eye-catching and informative content
- Resourceful, creative thinker with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
